I tried to make some coconut cookies but found the flour made them so dry so I have avoided using it. Do you have any tips for using coconut flour? Does it need more butter? Thanks, Judy
Hi Judy – apologies for taking a while to reply – coconut flour does soak up more moisture than your average flour. I tend to add extra liquid when its included in a recipe: for example an extra egg or 3 tbsp milk/water. I hope this helps!
